Search terms
A name, location, or other term entered into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Emanuel County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may handle the request under its own privacy notice and terms.
Messages and contact details
If a visitor sends an email or a message through a contact route, the message and the supplied reply address may be retained so a response can be made. Those details are not shared outside the operating organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure or a service provider is needed to handle the message.

Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor submitted information, a parent or guardian may use the Contacts page to ask for review and deletion of that submission.
Choices About Your Data
A visitor may contact the operator to ask about information held in connection with a message or direct interaction. Requests may include:
